Hi! I'm Emily Bettdur, The Late Life Lesbian Life Coach!

I’ve walked the path of realizing I’m a lesbian later in life. I was married to a man for 11 years and had a son with him. Ultimately, I came to understand that I’m a lesbian, which led to our divorce in 2018. I’m now happily remarried to my wonderful wife, a fellow "late lifer."

During my own journey of self-discovery and coming out, I felt incredibly alone. I searched for support, resources, and guidance specific to this experience but found very little.

Sharing my story on Instagram and YouTube

led to hundreds of women reaching out to me with similar experiences. I finally felt a sense of connection and purpose in helping others through their journeys.

This experience inspired me to specialize in supporting women like you.

With my master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, certification as a Mind Shifting Coach, and personal experience, I provide essential guidance in navigating complex emotions, building self-esteem, and fostering positive relationships.

My goal is to empower women to lead fulfilling, balanced, and authentic lives.
